MYTecSoft, Opel Systems tie up

Hyderabad, Feb. 2

IT services provider MYTecSoft and Michigan-based Opel Systems have announced merger of the two companies, which will have combined revenues of $11 million by this fiscal end.

Addressing a press conference, the founder of MYTecSoft, Mr Ram Reddy, said the new entity is in the process of setting up of a development centre in Vizag spread over a 2.5-acre site. This centre, to be operational by the year-end, would have capacity to host around 500 people.

Both the companies are engaged in providing enterprise software solutions across different verticals.
