4 ABN Amro execs join IndusInd

Mumbai, Feb. 3

Mr Romesh Sobti, who took charge at IndusInd Bank this month as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, is now joined by four other officials from ABN Amro Bank, where Mr Sobti himself was earlier. Mr Paul Abraham, who was Managing Director, ABN Amro Central Enterprise Services, now joins IndusInd Bank as Chief Operating Officer, said a statement from the company. Mr K.S. Sridhar joins IndusInd Bank as Chief Risk Officer. He has over 17 years of specialised experien ce of handling bank-wide Risk Management at ABN Amro. Mr Sumant Kathpalia joins IndusInd as Head – Consumer Banking, and Mr Suhail Chander as Head – Corporate & Institutional Banking. Both were with ABN Amro earlier. —
