Role of tech in banking highlighted

Mangalore, Feb. 4 Technology-aided banking products and services have changed the way the people do banking operations now, said Dr G.S. Rao, Founder Director and Member-Secretary of National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hyderabad.

A Corporation Bank press release said here on Monday that he was speaking on the occasion of ‘corporate award’ ceremony organised by the bank at Hyderabad for those employees who excelled in deposit mobilisation during the last fiscal, Dr Rao said.

Mr A. Mohan Rao, General Manager of the bank, said that Corporation Bank had been consistently looking inward to change processes and systems to provide the customers the best of services.

Mr B.V. Baliga, Deputy General Manager, Publicity Division, Mr H .S. Saini, Deputy General Manger and Head of Hyderabad Zone, were present on the occasion.
