Leadership innovation centre at ISB
Hyderabad, Feb. 4
The Indian School of Business (ISB) has set up a
`Centre for Leadership Innovation and Change' to
prepare corporate leadership to tackle various issues
pertaining to leadership. "The new centre would focus
primarily on research and would be integrated with our
MBA programmes as well, after some time," Mr M.
Rammohan Rao, Dean of ISB, told newspersons on the
sidelines of the first Asian Conference on family business
here on Sunday.
ISB is also planning to start a centre for
`Wisdom Studies', with an aim to take up research on the
efficacy of ancient Indian spirituality in leadership
improvement, he said. Mr Prasad Kaipa, Director of the
centre, said that the centre would work in association
with industry. "Innovation and managing change are
some key concerns for corporate leaders. We will take up
extensive research on the issues," he said. - Our Bureau
