Restructuring GVK Power’s 7 subsidiaries become wholly-owned Our Bureau Hyderabad, Feb. 5 Seven subsidiaries of GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd, the Hyderabad-based diversified power and infrastructure company, have become wholly owned subsidiaries with effect from February 1. The company in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange has informed that the company would now hold 100 per cent in each of these companies executing different projects across the country. These subsidiaries include Alakananda Hydro Power Company Ltd, GVK Power (Goindwal Sahib), GVK Coal (Tokisud) Company Pvt Ltd, GVK Airport Developers Pvt Ltd, Goriganga Hydro Power Pvt Ltd, GVK Aviation Pvt Ltd, and GVK Infratech Pvt Ltd.
