Indiabulls acquires Catherine Builders

Mumbai, Feb 7

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has said that its subsidiary Indiabulls Infrastructure Ltd (IIL), has acquired 100 per cent shareholding of Catherine Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd from DLF Home Developers Ltd. Catherine Builders owns 50 per cent stake of Kenneth Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd, which earlier won the DDA auction to develop a residential project on 35.8 acres at Tehkhand in South Delhi. Bridget Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IIL, has 50 per cent stake in Kenneth Builders, and hence IIL, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, now have a 100 per cent stake in Kenneth Builders, the company informed the BSE.- Our Bureau
