MIAL, SITA to set up check-in kiosks

Our Bureau

Mumbai, Feb 8 Mumbai International Airport Ltd and SITA entered into an agreement whereby the Geneva-based information technology provider would be setting up kiosks for easy check-in facilities for passengers.

Mr G.V. Sanjay Reddy, Managing Director of MIAL, told newspersons, “SITA offers certain products called CUSS and CUTE, these are installed within the passenger check-in areas in the passenger terminals as well as kiosks separately. This facility will enable passengers to get their boarding passes quickly without going to check-in counters and finish the process.”

It will first be launched at the international terminal slated to open in April, said Mr Reddy.
