Stocks Our Bureau Mumbai, Feb. 8 The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has warned 22 companies listed on the bourse of likely suspension for not complying with various clauses of the Listing Agreement. “Despite giving various reminders and subsequent show-cause notices, 22 companies, have failed to comply with various provisions of the Listing Agreement up to quarter ended June 2007,” a BSE release said.” Listing agreementTrading in securities of these 22 companies will be suspended with effect from Monday, March 10, 2008, on account of non-compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement,” the stock exchange said. Among the 22 listed, companies that have not complied with the listing agreement are Arunoday Mills, Hasti Finance, K C Bokadia Films, Shamken Multifab, Rajkamal Synthetics. However, suspension of trading in securities of these companies can be revoked if the company complies with all the provisions of the Listing Agreement by February 28 with minimum suspension in trading of five days up to March 14, the BSE said.
