BILT bags Dun & Bradstreet award

New Delhi, Feb. 15

Ballarpur Industries Ltd (BILT), a part of the over $3 billion Avantha Group, has bagged the Dun & Bradstreet – American Express Corporate Awards 2007. BILT was named top Indian company in the paper sector. The awards internationally honours specific companies from various sectors through developing proprietary financial model. Some of the other companies that have been recognised by Dun & Bradstreet, along with BILT, as leaders in their respective sectors ar e Reliance Industries Ltd in oil – refining and marketing, SAIL in iron and steel, Bharti Airtel in telecom services, Infosys Technologies in software & ITeS and Hindustan Unilever in the FMCG sector.
