Oman woos investors

Kochi, Feb. 18

Mr Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hinai, who belongs to the royal family of Oman, visited the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and held an interactive session with chamber officials as part of wooing business enterprises to invest in Oman. He is the Managing Director of Moroog International LLC, Muscat. During the interactive session, he explained the facilities and support extended to enterprises to invest in Oman. Giving a comparative analysis between Dubai and Muscat for investment opportunities, he said that real estate cost in Oman is much lower than in the UAE and opportunities are plenty in real estate development with the new upcoming projects such as Blue City, Wave, etc in Oman. The ICCI President, Mr R. Mohandas, and the Vice- President, Mr Anilkumar N. Prabhu, also spoke on the occasion. - Our Bureau
