Akruti City to issue shares

Mumbai, Feb.20

Akruti City Ltd has said that the members at the extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) of the company held on February 16 passed a special resolution to issue up to 1,07,02,777 new equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of the company for cash at a premium of Rs 1,190 per share, which would be offered on a preferential basis. The allottees are AIG GRE Investment Corp, CVCIGP II Client Rosehill Ltd, CVCIGP II Employee Rosehill Ltd and Gautam Nayak and Keshav Bhujle in their capacity as trustees of six trusts. —
