Coimbatore, Feb. 20 Bharat Forge Ltd has called for a meeting of the board of directors on February 27 to consider a proposal relating to raising long-term resources by issue of appropriate securities to meet the company’s financing requirements.

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd’s board of directors has approved the commencement of Food & Beverages business as contemplated in the “other object” of Memorandum of Association and investment up to a sum not exceeding Rs 300 crore in group companies.

Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 120 crore for the supply of ERW line pipes in Southern Europe, taking its order book position to above Rs 4,659 crore.
