HCC incorporates SPV as arm

Mumbai, Feb 21

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has said that the company has incorporated a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company – HCC Infrastructure Ltd – as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. A senior company official said it was for undertaking infrastructure development projects and such there were no immediate orders for the new entity.
