Bihar Tubes has convened a meeting of the board of directors on February 27 to consider and finalise the swap ratio and other terms and conditions for acquiring 100 per cent shareholdings of Shri Lakshmi Metal Udhyog Ltd, Bangalore, from its existing shareholders.

Diamond Cables has announced receipt of an order for supply of 867 large power transformers for West Asia and 930 transformers for export to Africa. These orders are to be executed in the next 6 months and valued at $17 million. They will be executed by the company’s subsidiaries Apex Electricals Ltd and Western Transformers.

Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd has entered into sale of developmental rights agreement with respect to its project named Kaledonia situated at Sahar Road, Andheri (East), with Mack Star Marketing Pvt Ltd for a consideration of Rs 900 crore.

Jyoti Structures has said that the members at the EGM held on February 20 have decided to withdraw/not approved the special resolutions pertaining to issue of 76,05,000 equity shares to foreign investors, issue of FCCBs for a value up to $25 million (equivalent to approximately Rs 98.50 crore) and issue of 42 lakh convertible warrants to promoters & others.
