With reference to the news item on Dabur India Ltd, which appeared in these columns on February 22, 2008, there is no direction from the Calcutta High Court to the company to not use the glucose-D mark, as reported in the text as well as in the headline. Dabur can market glucose-D in its newly designed packet, introduced in mid-2007.

The error is regretted.
