Gokaldas Exports Ltd has informed the BSE that Mr Akhil Gupta, Mr Richard Saldanha and Mr Mathew Cyriac were appointed as additional directors of the company at the board meeting held on Friday. Further, the company has informed that Mr Madanlal J. Hinduja has resigned as Managing Director from Friday. However, he will continue as the company’s non-executive Chairman. Mr Rajendra J.
