Lakshmi Vilas ups deposit rates

Coimbatore, Feb. 22 While maintaining the existing rates for deposits of up to 90 days maturity — 5.50 per cent for periods ranging from 15 and 45 days and 5.75 per cent between 46 and 90 days — the Karur-headquartered Lakshmi Vilas Bank has increased the rates for deposits maturing in the 91 to 180 days bracket from the existing 6 per cent to 7.25 per cent.

For deposits maturing beyond 181 days but up to 364 days, the increase is 25 basis points to 8.25 per cent. For tenure one year and above, the rates remain unchanged.
