Manappuram Finance mulls interim

Kochi Feb. 27

Manappuram General Finance and Leasing is considering payment of interim dividend to its shareholders for the year 2007-08. The Board of the company is slated to meet on March 12 to discuss and decide on the proposal, company sources said. The company is also planning to merge Manappuram Finance (Tamil Nadu) Private Ltd into the parent company by 2009. - Our Bureau
