Call rates close marginally higher

Mumbai, Feb. 27

The inter-bank call rates closed marginally higher at 7.75-8 per cent on Tuesday, against the previous close at 7.60-7.80 per cent. In the one-day repo auction under the Liquidity Adjustment Facility, the RBI received and accepted seven bids for Rs 14,675 crore. In the reverse-repo auction, the central bank received and accepted one bid for Rs 175 crore. The CBLO market saw 530 trades aggregating Rs 47,075.1 crore in the 6.52-7.75 per cent range. - Our Bureau
