Sintex to raise $300 m

Coimbatore, Feb. 28

Sintex Industries Ltd plans to raise $300 million through a foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) issue. In a communication to the BSE, the company said that it is in the process of raising $300 million (including $75 million green shoe option) in the form of FCCBs. It has appointed ICICI Bank UK Plc and Silverdale Services Ltd as the joint lead managers. The bonds are proposed to be allotted on or around March 12, the company said. - Our Bureau
