LogicaCMG to unify brands

Bangalore, Feb. 28

The LogicaCMG group said it would unify its existing brands under one name – Logica. The company along with its local brands Edinfor, Unilog and WM-data would use the new name effective Thursday, it said in a statement.

Logica is focussed on creating an integrated European IT services company with a strong international network. The change underlines Logica’s commitment to provide the best possible service to customers around the world with one set of systems and processes and a single set of values, it said.

The company is one of Europe’s leading IT and business services suppliers, employing 39,000 people across 36 countries.
