Bags GMR airport call centre bid

Hyderabad, March 1

Vajja Technologies Ld, a Hyderabad-based software solutions company, has bagged the contract for setting up a call centre to provide complete information on Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, which is coming up at Shamshabad. The call centre, beginning from Saturday, would work in two shifts till March 10 and 24 hours a day thereafter. "Customers can use this service to get information on features and facilities available at the Shamshabad airport," Mr Rajgopal Swami, Chief Financial Officer of GMR Hyderabad International Airport, said here in a press release. - Our Bureau
