Deccan Aviation fund raising plans

Bangalore, March 3

Deccan Aviation has said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange that an extra-ordinary general meeting will be held on March 18 to discuss the issue of raising funds up to worth Rs 1,600 crore and increase the authorised share capital of the company by Rs 350 crore to Rs 500 crore. —
