Ritesh Properties EGM nod for pref allotment

Mumbai, March 4

Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd has said the members at the extra ordinary general meeting on February 27 accorded the Board to issue, offer and allot from time-to-time in one or more tranches through preferential allotment of 1,92,308 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 120 to New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) or such other persons and entities.

The equity shares for allotment on a preferential basis would be at Rs 130 per share subject to necessary approvals, the company informed BSE. On Tuesday, Ritesh Properties’ stock on BSE closed marginally up at Rs 85.35.
