ITD Cementation bags Rs 112-cr order

Mumbai, March 4 ITD Cementation India Ltd was awarded a Rs 112-crore order for civil works for the iron ore port terminal at Ennore Port, Chennai, by SICAL Iron Ore Terminals Ltd. The order is scheduled for completion in 22 months. The scope of work includes construction of jetty approach, berthing jetty/loading platform, ro-ro platform and mooring platform and related civil works.

ITD Cementation recently bagged a Rs 334-crore order from Chennai International Terminals Private Ltd, a subsidiary of the Port of Singapore Authority, for the design and construction of an 805-metre long quay wall for berthing of 1,04,000-DWT container vessels and backup yard for container handling and storage, ITD said in a release.
