3i Infotech Ltd has informed that the High Court of Judicature at Karnataka has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Datacons Private Ltd on January 31. The company has filed the Court Order with the Registrar of Companies at Karnataka on February 28, which will be the effective date of the merger.

PBA Infrastructure Ltd has won the contract for the design & construction of Thane Belapur Road Package-III (construction of flyovers with allied works and foot over bridges at various locations) costing Rs 42.30 crore from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

United Phosphorus Ltd has said that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the company, convened on the direction of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between United Phosphorus Ltd and SWAL Corporation Ltd and their respective shareholders.

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 4 has approved a scheme of amalgamation of MKJ Jewellery Pvt Ltd with Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd. The valuer S H Bathiya & Associates has suggested that for every 100 equity shares of MKJ Jewellery Pvt Ltd, 286 equity shares of Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd be given.
