Travancore Cements' putty

Thiruvananthapuram, March 4

The Industries Minister, Mr Elamaram Kareem, will launch Vembanad Wall Putty, the latest product from the public sector Travancore Cements, at a function in Ernakulam on Saturday. Travancore Cements has already established its name as the manufacturer of the Vembanad white cement and Super Shellcem cement paint. The huge jump in demand triggered by the burgeoning realty sector had emboldened the company to enter the market with a branded putty product, which has a white cement base. The Vembanad Wall Putty contains environment-friendly ingredients and will suit the Kerala climes best, a spokesman said. - Our Bureau
