Private Banks LVB in CashTree network Coimbatore, March 5 Lakshmi Vilas Bank has tied up with CashTree, the ATM sharing consortium, to facilitate its customers use/access around 4,370 ATMs across the country. With LVB joining the CashTree network, there are now 13 banks in this consortium including Bank of India, Dena Bank, Syndicate Bank, Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, United Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of Rajasthan, Karnataka Bank, YES Bank, City Union Bank and Dhanalakshmi Bank. LVB, according to its Managing Director, Mr V.S. Reddy, would absorb the charges of the CashTree network, by making it available for free to its ATM cardholders. (At present, Rs 10 per transaction is being levied for use of the ATM of the member-banks in this network.)
