Call rates flat at 6.40-6.50 %

Mumbai, March 5

The inter-bank call rates ended flat at 6.40-6.50 per cent on Wednesday. In the first one-day reverse repo auction under Liqudity Adjustment Facility, the Reserve Bank of India received and accepted two bids for Rs 5,500 crore. There was no repo bid. The CBLO market saw 634 trades aggregating Rs 59,363.95 crore in the 5-6.30 per cent range. —
