SEBI nod to NSE, MSE arrangement

New Delhi, March 6

The Securities and Exchange Board of India Board on Wednesday gave its `in-principle' nod for allowing the members of Madras Stock Exchange to trade on National Stock Exchange platform. Briefing newspersons on the decision, the SEBI Chairman, Mr C.B. Bhave, said that the `in-principle' nod for the proposed arrangement was subject to suitable safeguards and conditions. - Our Bureau
