Hyderabad, March 6 The board of directors of Goldstone Infratech Ltd, has approved a proposal to set up a 5-MW and a 40-MW plant to manufacture solar photo voltaic module unit.

A meeting held here also approved of its foray into real estate business and the re-appointment of Mr L.P. Shashikumar as the Managing Director, according to a statement to the BSE.
