Letters Women resources This refers to the report “Indian working women more ready, skills-wise (Business Line, March 9). Women’s skills in communication, technology, enthusiasm to achieve, sincerity, and so on are indeed remarkable. These talents are noticeable even in school-going girls, who outshine boys in academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. If women get a little more encouragement from their homes and society, they will be highly-rated human resources (in the industrial and service sectors) of the economy in future. S.
