Cognizant delivery centre in Argentina

Chennai, March 14

Cognizant has set up a new global delivery centre in Buenos Aires, Argentina — the 35th for the US-based information technology company, which has development centres in India. The new centre will have the capacity to accommodate around 250 professionals and support Cognizant’s North American customers by leveraging a similar time zone, techno-functional and lingual capabilities available in the region. Cognizant’s Buenos Aires regional delivery will full y leverage the recently launched Cognizant 2.0 platform. This platform enables all of Cognizant’s global, regional and local development centres to seamlessly and virtually collaborate through one central platform using the Web 2.0 technologies. The platform also delivers significant time-to-market, cost and transformational value to clients, says a Cognizant press release.
