Talisma's recent contracts

Bangalore, March 18

Talisma, a provider of customer interaction management solutions, said it had recently signed contracts with SKP Securities Ltd and Bajaj Capital to deploy Talisma's CRM 7.2 solutions.

SKP Securities, which provides stock broking, wealth management and allied services in Eastern India, will use the e-mail and telephone modules of Talisma's customer relationship management solution to manage and automate their customer service business processes, Talisma said.

The deployment of this technology would help Bajaj Capital, a financial planning and investment advisory company, to standardise customer services by integrating various communication channels. It would give Bajaj Capital's customers the choice of various communication channels like chat, e-mail, phone and portal to reach the company, Talisma said. - Our Bureau
