Cinema States - Tamil Nadu New film launch Chennai, March 24 After the big flick Sivaji, AVM Productions today launched its next Tamil film Ayan, starring Surya and Tamana in the lead. The medium-budget film is to be directed by cinematographer K.V. Anand. According to sources, the project with an indicative budget of Rs 15 crore, would be partially funded by Indian Overseas Bank. Announcing the launch of the project, Mr M.
