SpiceJet gears up to operate flights from Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam, March 26 Low-cost carrier SpiceJet is all set to operate flights from here to Hyderabad, Mumbai, and New Delhi from March 30, substantially improving air connectivity to the city, according to Mr Samyukth Sridharan, the Chief Commercial Officer.

At a press conference here on Wednesday, he said the airlines would operate two flights everyday to and from Hyderabad, enabling business travellers to transact their business and return to the city on the same day. There would be daily flight to New Delhi as well as Mumbai. “Later, we will think of adding Kolkata, Chennai and other destinations,” he said.
