Sushma Nath appointed Expenditure Secy

New Delhi, March 27 Ms Sushma Nath has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, following approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). She is currently Secretary, Sixth Central Pay Commission. Ms Nath will take over from Mr Sanjiv Mishra, current Expenditure Secretary, who will attain superannuation. Mr Vivek Mehrotra, currently Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Home Affairs, will join as Secretary Department of Disinvestment, Ministry of Finance, said an official release listing other approvals. Mr Viswapati Trivedi, currently Joint Managing Director, National Aviation Company of India Ltd, Ministry of Civil Aviation, will move on to Ministry of Home Affairs as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, it said.
