Nitesh Estates project launched

Kochi, March 28

Real estate firm Nitesh Estates announced the launch of `Nitesh Wimbledon Gardens' on Friday. This is the company's maiden venture in Kerala. Strategically located on the Airport-Seaport Road, the project comprises 9, 00,000 sq ft of planned residential area and also houses 5,00,000 sq ft of office spaces and 1, 00,000 sq ft of retail area with exclusive shopping malls, fitness centres, health clubs and a multiplex. The major highlight of the project is the two helipads on the roofs of the buildings, factored in for emergency evacuation purposes, Mr R.S. Mani, CEO, Nitesh Estates, said. - Our Bureau
