Keltron signs MoU with HBS to sell SAP solutions


The MoU envisages mutual cooperation between the two companies to expand business and market SAP solutions.

The Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (Keltron) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hages Business Solutions (HBS), a leading SAP company based in Technopark here.

The MoU envisages mutual cooperation to expand business and market SAP solutions and other related services to various customers.

As per the understanding, the companies will supply, install, implement and support SAP solutions for Central and State public sector undertakings, government departments, corporates, consultancies and other related organisations based on their requirements.

Keltron will confer the status of preferred outsourcing partner to HBS for doing the business. The companies will work together to explore new markets within the country and abroad.

The MoU was signed by Captain O.P. Dua, Managing Director, Keltron, and Mr K.G. Gopakumar, Managing Director, HBS.

Keltron is now actively engaged in providing turnkey IT solutions, systems integration, ERP solutions, computer education and training for various clients, including Central and State governments and public sector undertakings.
