IVRCL bags Rs 484 cr worth orders

Hyderabad, April 2

The buildings and industrial structure division of the city-based IVRCL has bagged orders worth Rs 484 crore, including Rs 250 crore from River Bank Developers Pvt Ltd (Kolkata). The Kolkata agency gave the contract to develop 40 lakh sq. ft out of the 1.2- crore sq. ft township project at Batanagar near Kolkata. The mandate is to complete the project in 42 months. The company received a Rs 114-crore contract from Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation for a mass housing project in Baprola (Delhi). The 18-lakh sq ft residential space would have 5,552 houses. It also bagged Rs 55-crore order from Jindal Steel and Power (Patratu, Jharkhand) for construction of civil and structural works. - Our Bureau
