Management help for British Petro
Mumbai, April 7
Real estate management and services firm Jones Lang
LaSalle is to provide transaction management
services to British Petroleum's European, West Asia,
African and Asian operations for a three-year term. The
firm already provides British Petroleum with Transaction
Management Services in the US.
In Asia, the contract extends to about 4.6 million sq ft, covering over 200
properties in 17 countries with a mix of office, industrial
properties and land. Regional Real Estate Manager at
British Petroleum, Mr Ricky Yang, said, "It will enable us
to operate with far greater consistency, introducing
common approaches, global tools and simplified
