Books Government - E-Governance States - Andhra Pradesh Books on IT, e-governance released Hyderabad, April 7 Mr J. Satyanarayana, Chief Executive Officer of National Institute of Smart Governance, has released two books — ‘E-Governance Today’ and ‘IT Today’. The books were authored by Prof Sowmya Narayanan Sadagopan, the founder-director of IIT, Bangalore. The E-Governance Today is an overview of the birth and growth of e-governance in India and abroad.
