Aarti Drugs repays FCCB

Coimbatore, April 9

Aarti Drugs Ltd has informed that the FCCB worth $12.75 million issued in April 2005 has been repaid fully with interest on due date that is April 7, 2008. The USFDA has completed the inspection of its facilities. The company has received certification from Danish Medicine Agency, which is the regulatory arm of FDQM, for its various manufacturing sites where the company manufactures most of the molecules from its product portfolio. With the receipt of these certificates, the company would be able to cater to the needs of regulated markets of Europe and US. The company expects to receive better realisation of the sales. - Our Bureau
