Vmoksha buys Retive Solutions

Bangalore, April 9

IT services and solutions provider Vmoksha Group said it acquired Singapore-based Retive Solutions Pte Ltd to enter the retail business. The company declined to give the deal value. Vmoksha would now market its retail solutions worldwide under the Retive brand, the company said in a statement. Retive Solutions, which focuses on the retail industry, has two big retail clients in Singapore, Vmoksha said. Mr Rajeev Sawhney, Chairman, Vmoksha Group, said the main reason for buying Retive was to gain entry into the retail industry. Vmoksha said Mr Prem Prakash, one of the principal promoters of Retive, would head Vmoksha's APAC operations. - Our Bureau
