New Projects SEL board okays new facility Coimbatore, April 10 SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd’s board of directors has approved setting up of the largest technical textile manufacturing facility with an overall investment of approximately Rs 611.67 crore to be located at Shekhan Majara village, Nawanshehar district. The project would be under Textile Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) and would consist of setting up of (facilities to manufacture technical textiles having a capacity of 90 TPD) four different production lines namely Sp un Lace, Air-Lay, Geo-textile and Needle Punching, expansion of capacity of captive power plant by setting up of another unit of 10 MW capacity taking the total capacity to 20 MW, expansion of terry towel project by 25 TPD, thereby taking the terry towel capacity to 35 TPD after implementation and setting up of Open End Spinning facility of 1632 spindles having production capacity of 18 TPD. — Our Bureau More Stories on : New Projects | Textiles
