vCustomer ties up with McDonald’s

New Delhi, April 11

vCustomer Corporation, a multi-channel customer support solutions provider, has tied up with McDonald’s India, to provide centralised customer support service and order taking for its McDelivery services. With this engagement, all calls to the all-India single number 66-000-666 shall be routed to the centralised vCustomer contact centre based in Delhi. vCustomer’s automated technology will help increase visibility into the customer support metrics. It can furth er support McDonald’s in understanding and connecting with its customers. vCustomer has deployed their business intelligence tool, which identifies different categories of McDonald’s non-order customer calls and customer concerns.
