Delhi Telugu Academy awardees

Hyderabad, April 13

The Chairman and Managing Director of the Electronics Corporation of India Ltd, Mr K.S. Rajasekhara Rao, and Monsanto India head, Mr Sekhar Natarajan, have been selected by the Delhi Telugu Academy (DTA) for an Excellence Award for Industrial Promotion. They were presented the award here on Saturday by the Jnanpeeth Awardee, Dr C. Narayana Reddy. Other recipients of the award include Prof Balamohandas V. (Education), Dr B. Bhaskara Rao, CEO, KIMS (Medicine), Dr Surya Rao K utikuppala (Medicine), Mr Babu Rao Mallela, IPS (Rtd.) (Public Administration), Ms K. Ratna Prabha, IAS (Public Administration), Mr Partha Sarathi C., IAS (Public Administration), Mr N. Hanumantha Rao, IPS (Public Administration), Dr Nageswara Rao D.V. (Urban Development), Ms Koppaka Lakshmi Praharshita (Fine Arts), Master K. Prasanth (Fine Arts), Ms N. Srividya (Fine Arts), Ms Sarada Srinivasan (Fine Arts) and others. The DTA is a non-profitable organisation devoted to the promotion of the fine arts, education, and health care rendering services to the resource poor as well as victims of natural calamities. —
