Indo-Egyptian bilateral trade talks
New Delhi, April 14
India and Egypt would hold bilateral trade meeting on
Monday here to strengthen cooperation and zero in on
new areas to boost bilateral trade volume. An official
release issued here said that the Minister of Commerce
and Industry, Mr Kamal Nath, and Egypt's Minister of
Trade and Industry, Mr Rachid Mohamed Rachid, would
discuss possibilities of cooperation in textiles, home
furnishing, automotive, shipping, leather and mining
sector when they meet. The Egyptian Minister is also
accompanied by a 35-member business delegation. Most
of them are corporate honchos from leading Egyptian
companies with a keen desire to forge long term alliances
