Human Resources Review of pay panel suggestions New Delhi, April 14 The non-IAS Central civil service employees have rejected the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission in its present form, stating that the pay panel's suggestions were "unfair" and biased only in favour of the IAS officers. A resolution adopted on Monday by the Group A Central civil services (does not include IAS), Indian Police Service and the Indian Forest Service also sought the setting up of a Group of Ministers to review the recommendations as the bureaucratic process initiated by the Government failed to instil confidence in the employees. The joint forum of central services, which met on Sunday to discuss the Pay Commission's report, also demanded batch-wise parity across all services in pay, promotions, pension and other service conditions. - Our Bureau More Stories on : Human Resources
