Changes at Super Spinning Mills
Coimbatore, April 16
Mr L.G. Ramamurthi has quit as Executive Chairman
of Super Spinning Mills Ltd, effective from March
31, 2008. He has been made the Chairman Emeritus of the
company and he continues as a director. The company, in
its information to the Bombay Stock Exchange, has also
stated the board of directors at its meeting held on
Wednesday has approved the appointment of another
director, Mr D. Vidhyaprakash, as Executive Chairman
effective from April 1, 2008. The company has also
announced that Mr S. Jeyaraman, director and a member
of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, has resigned
from his directorship and membership of both the
committees with effect from April 16, 2008. - Our
